About the Show

The 2025 IB exhibition was a chance for the students to showcase two years worth of creative efforts and decision making. While the exhibition was of course part of the final outcome required of the IB Visual Arts Program, for many it was their first time showcasing a cohesive collection of their work to a larger audience in a professional setting. It also offered family, friends, and the wider school community the chance to give the artists their much deserved flowers and praise. The IB exhibition also has a lasting impact on the visual of our school, as many of the works can still be seen in person throughout the grounds, most notably around the parent hub (in the PAC foyer), in the Smiley Cafe, and within our glass gallery located on the second floor just around the corner from the studios where many working hours were spent.

"The IB Diploma Programme visual arts course encourages students to challenge their own creative and cultural expectations and boundaries. It is a thought-provoking course in which students develop analytical skills in problem-solving and divergent thinking, while working towards technical proficiency and confidence as art-makers."(IB) Read more about the IB Visual Arts program through the link below.
